ExperienceFirst provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of the websites (the “Sites”). This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Sites. You should consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. If you ever want us to correct, change, or delete any information we have about you, please just contact us. We’re happy to help.
SECTION 1 – WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT? When you purchase something from the Sites, you provide personal information such as your name, phone number, email address, credit card billing information. When you browse the Sites, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
SECTION 2 – CONSENT
You may be giving us consent at three different stages:
1/ When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for the delivery of the ExperienceFirst Services you’ve purchased from us.

SECTION 3 – HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
Your information allows us to improve your overall experience with us. We use it:

- To otherwise personalize your experiences while using the ExperienceFirst Services

- To better understand how users access and use the ExperienceFirst Services, both on an aggregated and individualized basis

- To manage your booking and / or enquiries in a more personalized and efficient way

- For research and analytical purposes to enable us to further improve the ExperienceFirst Services

- To show you more relevant ads: the Company uses remarketing services to advertise on third-party websites to you after you visited our Service. We and our third-party vendors use cookies and non-cookie technologies to help us recognize your device and understand how you use the ExperienceFirst Services so that we can improve them to reflect your interests and serve you advertisements that are likely to be of more interest to you.

SECTION 4 – INFORMATION SHARING
We share your personal information with third parties to help us operate, improve, customize the ExperienceFirst Services. These third parties include and are not limited to travel business partners, suppliers, IT service providers and advertising networks.
We may share in aggregate, statistical form, non-personal information regarding the visitors to our websites, traffic patterns, and website usage with our advertisers.
We may share information, such as hashed email addresses (if available) or other online identifiers collected on our Sites with third-party vendors. This allows our third-party vendors to recognize and deliver you ads across devices and browsers. We may use third-party Service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.
- Google Analytics Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. We do not sell your personal information.
SECTION 5 – COOKIES Cookies are small pieces of data stored on a User’s device. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information (i.e. clicking Cookie Consent banner). Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. We use session ID cookies to enable certain features of the Sites, to better understand how you interact with the Sites and to monitor usage and web traffic routing on the Services. SECTION 8 – AGE OF CONSENT By using the Sites, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Sites. The Sites are not directed to persons under 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from individuals under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personal information without their consent, he or she should contact us. If we become aware that an individual under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our files.
SECTION 9 – DISCLOSURE We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 10 – LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES Our Sites may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave the Sites, you should note that we do not have any control over that other Site. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the security and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting third party sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy notice. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy notices applicable to the website in question.
SECTION 11 – CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the websites. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use or disclose it. If our websites are acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
SECTION 12 – YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO THE PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
If you wish to make a Subject Access Request to: access, update, modify, rectify, erase, object to, or obtain a copy of the personal information that we hold on you; or restrict or stop us from using any of the personal information which we hold on to you, including by withdrawing any voluntary consent you have previously given to the processing of such information; or where any personal information has been processed on the basis of your consent or as necessary to perform a contract to which you are a party, request a copy of such personal information in a suitable machine-readable format or have that personal information transmitted by us to another controller, you can request this by contacting us. You will receive acknowledgement of your request.
We endeavor to respond to such requests within a month or less, although we reserve the right to extend this period for complex requests or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
We reserve the right to deny you access for any reason permitted under applicable laws. Such exemptions may include national security, corporate finance and confidential references. If we deny access or correction, we will provide you with written reasons for such denial unless it is unreasonable to do so and, where required by local data protection laws, will note your request and the denial of the same in our records.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a relevant supervisory authority.
Further correspondence regarding your request should only be made in writing to the Data Protection Officer.
Please note that, if you request that we restrict or stop using personal information we hold on you or withdraw a consent you have previously given to the processing of such information, this may affect our ability to provide services to you or negatively impact the services we can provide to you.
You must always provide accurate information and you agree to update it whenever necessary. You also agree that, in the absence of any update, we can assume that the information submitted to us is correct, unless we subsequently become aware that it is not correct.
You can at any time tell us not to send you marketing communications by email by clicking on the unsubscribe link within the marketing emails you receive from us or by contacting us.
In any of the situations listed above, we may request that you prove your identity by providing us with a copy of a valid means of identification in order for us to comply with our security obligations and to prevent unauthorized disclosure of personal information.
To the extent permissible by law, we reserve the right to charge you a reasonable administrative fee for any manifestly unfounded or excessive requests concerning your access to your personal information, and for any additional copies of the personal information you request from us.
